- Debbie Hailstone Added 2018-11-06★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The Mandarin has a wide variety of foods available to enjoy. They have made July a month to celebrate Canada. Perhaps a little too many things flavoured with Maple Syrup. What can be considered Canadian, more than maple syrup?

Normal choices of food to choose from such as noodles, lemon chicken, steamed vegetables, steamed fish, maple salmon, sushi, etc. If you like a lot of variety of spices in your food then this is not a place for you. The buffet food is decent and comprises primarily Chinese-style dishes and sushi but also includes some American options like French fries and chicken wings.

Chinese food is meant more for the masses, rather than being super authentic. On the roast beef station, man doesn't like to give too much, and can be fatty and dry. Overall, it's definitely better than average. Staff always very friendly.
